So first, I haven’t done three consecutive days (I’m bad at following the rules), but I will be doing three consecutive posts. So there’s Friday, today, and probably Wednesday. Speaking of scheduling posts, school is starting tomorrow for me (far too soon), so we’ll be returning to the schedule of posts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays instead of every weekday. Also, Spinnette’s school doesn’t start for another week, and I’m just putting it out there that I’m jealous.

Also, I’m doing multiple quotes instead of just one. *I am a rulebreaker*

Also, since yesterday’s post was optimistic, today’s theme will be pessimistic quotes that I love.

You’ll also notice that I didn’t write down why these quotes appeal to me so much. More evidence of my rule-breaking tendencies. Really, when I read a quote that I love, I’ll be drawn to it. It breaks me out of the flow of the story and it makes me think.

Sayings That I Say

Here’s a list of things that I often say (when it makes sense in the situation). You should say them too. It is lovely advice.

Never ask a question you do not know the answer to.

The only possible motive for asking a question is to find out what the other person knows. For example, the teacher asks Freddie what 2+2 is, but obviously, the teacher knows what 2+2 is, s/he just wants to know if Freddie knows that 2+2=3.99999999999999999999999999999999999996999999999.

One must always believe whatever one finds on the internet.

Well, you nonexistent guys believe everything I tell you, right?

One must never have any expectations at all so one will always be impressed with one’s accomplishments.

This guarantees that you will never be upset when you fail and you will be pleasantly surprised if you succeed.

The worse something tastes, the healthier it probably is.

For example, Fenugreek seeds.

I started doing this random thing recently. I take nice quotes I come across in books or songs or whatever, write them out, and stick them in my books for me to find later.
